Shipping & Return Policy
At Pneumatic Solutions Australia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or need to make a return, please review the following policy.
Sales Taxes:
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders delivered within Australia. For orders shipped to any other state or country, each customer is solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes or other taxes.
Return Policy:
- Permission to Return and Receive Credit:
- We will accept returns of merchandise ONLY IF it is in saleable condition and notification of the return is made within 7 days of receipt.
- Upon approval, we will issue a credit to your account or credit card.
- For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fees:
- A 15% restocking fee applies for returns within 30 days of the invoice date.
- A 25% restocking fee applies for returns made between 31 to 60 days of the invoice date.
- Returns are non-returnable after 60 days.
Buy-In and Made-to-Order Items (Non-Returnable):
- Items classified as buy-in or made-to-order are non-returnable.
- These products are specifically sourced or manufactured based on customer requests and, therefore, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
- We will replace any merchandise received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.
- No materials will be accepted for return, nor replacements issued, without prior approval to return such merchandise.
- Filing of claims for damaged or incorrect goods will be our responsibility.
How to Initiate a Return:
- All returned goods must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a completed Returns Application Form, including a valid invoice number and reason for return.
- Access and complete the Returns Application Form from our website or contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Return the completed form with the goods to the provided return address.
Additional Notes:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect merchandise.
- Credits will be issued to the customer's account or credit card upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
